At the heart of our program is the P.R.O.S.P.E.R. framework, guiding Veterans through guiding veterans through Preparation, Resilience, Opportunity, Support, Purpose, Empowerment, and Reintegration.

The Veteran Empowerment Pathway Program spans over several months, each dedicated to exploring opportunities in specific sectors, providing essential education, and culminating in a powerful storytelling initiative. Industries include:
